Digital Insights & Analytics Manager

The Digital Insights & Analytics Manager takes over full ownership of analyzing, reporting & insights communication of all our digital channels. With a focus on digital business data (appointments), WEB, CRM, Paid Media. Furthermore, you are responsible to drive 360 digital business insights for key stakeholders in a fast-paced company. You will also manage our digital analytics agency and will be the bridge to our BI team. This role reports directly to the Digital Marketing Director.
Perfil requerido
Master’s Degree in a quantitative field.
Minimum 3 years of reporting and analytics experience.
Experience focused on digital program measurement and insights.
Skilled at expressing complex problems in easy, understandable ways, injecting creativity into a problem when necessary.
Ability to manage heavy workloads, prioritize work appropriately, and meet assigned deadlines; good organizational skills.
Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Adept at compiling accurate reports and presenting analytical findings in a clear, concise manner.
Creative problem solver with strong critical thinking skills.
Fluent in English.
Passion for Fashion.
