IT Infraestructure Manager

Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, the IT Infraestructure Manager will be performing a strategic role for the company.
Among others, the main responsibilities will be:
Design the group's infrastructure architecture.
Plan the evolution and growth of the infrastructures.
Manage IT hardware and software assets.
Define and control the area's internal processes and procedures, as well as support for external audits.
Support and implement IT security procedures.
Manage the maintenance, administration, operations and support of the infrastructure.
Coordinate store installations and support to the national and international sales network.
Manage infrastructure projects to ensure compliance in time, cost and quality.
Negotiate, coordinate and supervise external IT providers.
Manage contracts with external IT providers.
Manage and supervise internal and external service levels.
Manage the department's budget, as well as purchase's orders and invoices.
Provide permanent innovation and management of the group's information technologies.
Manage the infrastructure and helpdesk team.
The ideal candidate will meet the next requirements:
Technical knowledge of storage, virtualization, firewalling and networking.
Technical knowledge of voice communications, mobile, WIFI, LAN, WAN.
Knowledge of Windows servers.
Experience in management of public and private clouds such as Azure.
Experience in platforms' management such as 365.
Experience in software license management.
Experience managing and contracting new services.
Experience in management and negotiation with first level suppliers.
Knowledge of regulations related to data protection (GDPR).
Knowledge in security management ISMS (ISO27000).
Experience in financial management, contracts, rentals, purchase orders, invoices and budgets.
Experience in managing multi-functional and multi-cultural teams.
Advanced knowledge of English and Spanish.
Be autonomous, have strong leadership skills and have a high sense of commitment to ensure the operations of the group.
Be able to operate in dynamic environments where priorities may change frequently and there are multiple stakeholders.
