Lead the development and management of the loyalty programs, aimed at listening to customers' needs, fostering customers' loyalty, increasing engagement with Desigual's brand and increasing customers' life-time-value and sales. Gather relevant customer-based insight from data analysis to initiate improvement actions to increase the efficiency of loyalty initiatives and business activity.

As the Head of CRM you will…

- Sponsor and lead the development and management of new loyalty programs
- Supervise events, promotions and other loyalty initiatives to ensure that they are performed in accordance with action plans
- Perform CRM data analysis to identify and prioritise needs and deliver deep relevant customer-based insights to make decisions affecting the - - Area and initiate actions to support the business activities and provide excellent customer service delivery
- Define and manage the digital profile of the customer
- Lead, guide and support team members, assigning responsibilities as appropriate and ensuring the flow of necessary information and communication
- Set and monitor staff performance and development goals, assessing their compliance
- Identify and develop talent
- Manage and control the overall budget assigned to the CRM Area
- Coordinate and interact with other areas and departments involved in the loyalty programs to ensure collaboration and proper deployment of actions

Perfil requerido

You are the ideal candidate if…

- You have at least 5 years’ experience as a CRM Manager
- You have experience developing and executing loyalty programs
- You have managed teams before
- You have knowledge of Customer Experience, CRM, B2C, B2B, Loyalty, e-- - Mailing Marketing, among others
- Retail/fashion sector knowledge
- English and Spanish fluent, another language will be a plus
