People & Development Generalist

Based in Madrid office, the position will provide support to People and Development department, while managing independently a certain number of tasks and projects related with Human Resources management.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

- Recruitment activities for retail positions and some corporate roles (draft and job posting, selection of candidates, follow up, updated database, interviews)

- Follow-up of learning and development activities (induction sessions and trainings)

- Working on special projects about development of Human Resources' tools.

- Assist P&D Manager and Director in special projects.

- Managing and maintenance of personnel files and database: hires/leavers, SAP maintenance, personnel data verification

- Administrative tasks: update dashboards, organizational charts and payroll information liaise with payroll specialist and providers

- Health & Safety management

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

- Bacherlor's Degree

- Work experience of at least 3 years in a Human Resources environment

- Fluency in English

- Good knowledge of Word, PowerPoint & Excel

- Teamwork oriented

- Organizational skills

- Empowerment and initiative
