Head of Demand Generation

Seeking a creative, dynamic leader with expertise in demand generation across the sales lifecycle. We’re looking for someone who can grow new logo business as well as increased penetration in existing accounts. This leader will drive significant pipeline development for the business and collaborate with both field marketing and sales.
The successful candidate will have an intimate understanding of today’s digitally-led, omnichannel marketing mix; it is imperative the incumbent understand enterprise buying cycles and ultimately how to target, qualify, and convert thousands of business-to-business contacts/leads on a quarterly basis.
The successful incumbent will connect disparate data sources to reveal and uncover new and innovative approaches to lead conversion and overall funnel management.
This is a leadership position, reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer and working closely with many other teams to execute their mission. Applicants who demonstrate experience leading global teams in a matrix environment to deliver significant growth in the pipeline will be given prime consideration.
Superior command of CRM (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and Pardot, Hubspot, Marketo or other marketing automation software.
7+ years of experience in an enterprise-level role driving lead and demand generation across multiple lines of business; experience in a high-tech or other fast-paced, disruptive environment is a must.
Experience in a start-up environment is a plus as well
Agility – innovative thinking and flexibility to change course when necessary, to achieve results.
Ability to lead, manage and execute multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong collaboration – ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation; a fundamental understanding of the role of transparency and teamwork.
Multi-cultural inclusion and diversity mindset essential; International experience essential
Demonstrated strong leadership skills, particularly with highly diverse teams
